MY QUALIFICATIONS
With 24 years experience as a prosecutor, judge and criminal defense attorney, I possess the contacts, legal knowledge and knowledge of "The System" necessary to win the best possible results for my clients. I do not run a "plea mill" or turn clients' cases over to inexperienced associates. I have negotiated thousands of criminal cases and have tried hundreds ranging from traffic offenses to murder to juries and judges. I have spoken on a variety of subjects at continuing legal education programs sponsored by the State and local bar associations.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION AND REASONABLE FEES
I charge reasonable fees commensurate with my experience. An initial retainer fee is usually required with payment plans available for any fee balance. I accept major credit cards.
